Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is intended for a short growing season: sowing is carried out in May, and harvesting is performed in September or early October. Plants are sensitive to frost during germination, therefore sowing is recommended at a soil temperature of no less than 10°C. Optimal crop rotation involves returning to the same site no earlier than in 4–5 years.

Seeds of the variety have an oval or elliptical shape, their size ranges from 8 to 15 mm, and the color is a uniform yellow-brown. The product is characterized by a faint sweet-and-sour aroma and a mild taste with a creamy nuance and notes of boiled potato. In terms of texture, the variety occupies an intermediate position between a mealy and firm consistency.
