The Barphlearpur variety, marketed under the commercial name Early Purple Eye, belongs to the early-flowering Early series. The plant's flowering period falls within the interval from June to September.

The plant forms a tuft-shaped bush 0.35–0.45 m in height, with the leafy part being 0.3–0.35 m high. The foliage is green; the flowers are deep purple with a characteristic white center.

Sunny areas are recommended for growing the crop. The optimal distance between plants when planting is 0.4–0.45 m; the recommended planting density is 5–6 plants per 1 m².
