Variety description

The plant forms a compact upright bush 70–90 cm tall with dark green foliage. The flowers have a dark pink hue with a darker center. The variety is characterized by good branching ability and is suitable for use in mixed flower beds, borders, and for cutting.
Flowering of the variety is abundant and prolonged, covering the period from July to September. The variety is adapted for cultivation in zone 4, withstanding frosts down to -34°C. Propagation occurs vegetatively; the variety may be encountered in literature under the synonyms Sweet Summer Melody and Rose Red.
