Hydrangea paniculata variety «Magical Mont Blanc» forms a compact shrub up to 100–150 cm in height. The plant's shoots are rigid and upright.

The inflorescences are broad-pyramidal, up to 25–40 cm in length. They consist of densely arranged sterile flowers, which change color from greenish to snow-white as they develop.
