The variety belongs to the "Alaska" type and is intended primarily for canning in cans or glass containers, as well as for freezing. The plant is characterized as long, prone to lodging, but possessing a certain stem elasticity.
The produce is represented by very small light-green peas of the "extra fine" fraction. The variety demonstrates good yield on clay soils, however, it shows susceptibility to Fusarium wilt and top yellows.
