Pisum sativum L. Pea · Agricultural · bred by PURE LINE SEEDS

Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was bred in 1963 by crossing the variety Dark Skin Perfection with line B 104-3-1, which possesses resistance to diseases. In the 1970s, the variety served as a standard in comparative yield trials of new breeding lines.

The plant is distinguished by the presence of a larger number of double pods. The genetic features of the parental line provide the variety with resistance to pea enation mosaic virus and powdery mildew, as well as tolerance to bean yellow mosaic virus.
