The variety belongs to indeterminate tall-growing plants reaching a height of 1.5 to 3 meters, which requires mandatory installation of supports. The vegetation period to technical maturity is 65–75 days. The crop is cold-hardy and adapted to cool regions.
Inside the purple pods are green or grey-green peas. Young pods have a sweet taste, and mature seeds have a dense, starchy texture. Due to significant height, the bushes are prone to lodging.
