The variety is classified as a protein pea, the primary purpose of which is the production of high-protein feed raw materials. The variety was developed within the framework of programs for creating resistant lines oriented toward the specific conditions of the Mediterranean region.

The plant possesses improved indicators of resistance to biotic stresses; in particular, it demonstrates a significantly lower degree of infestation by broomrape compared to a number of commercial analogs. The variety combines productivity indicators with good stability in genotype-by-environment interaction.
