The variety belongs to the semi-leafless (tendril) type, which ensures lodging resistance. The plant is medium-height, reaching about 76 cm. The variety is ultra-early or medium-early maturing, allowing for harvest 10 days earlier than standard varieties. Winter hardiness is up to -16 °C with snow cover.
The yield of the variety ranges from 40–45 c/ha, with a potential of up to 60 c/ha; the thousand kernel weight is 190–200 g. The seeds are yellow, round, and contain 22.7–24.2% protein. Regarding diseases, only weak partial resistance to the root rot pathogen Aphanomyces euteiches has been identified.
Autumn sowing allows the variety to effectively utilize winter moisture reserves and early precipitation, developing before the summer drought period. The crop is considered a quality predecessor for cereals.
