The variety is intended primarily for the production of young shoots used in culinary applications as a garnish. The plant forms decorative, elegantly curled tendrils instead of regular leaves, which have a crunchy and tender structure.
The variety is characterized by rapid development: when grown in trays, the harvest is ready in 10 days upon reaching a height of 10–15 cm. The time to reach seed maturity is about 65 days. The thousand kernel weight is 185.15 g. The variety has Demeter certification and is suitable for cultivation in open and protected ground, as well as in pots.
