The variety is mid-maturing, with a growing season lasting from 105 to 115 days. The plant is erect, of the semi-leafless (tendrilled) type, which ensures high resistance to lodging. Stem height is from 70 to 100 cm. The pod forms 6–7, up to a maximum of 8, green, round or oval-shaped seeds; the thousand kernel weight varies from 270 to 295 g.
The variety is resistant to ascochyta blight, anthracnose, and root rots, and also possesses drought tolerance. The grain contains about 23.4% protein and is characterized by good taste qualities and boiling properties. The variety is distinguished by environmental plasticity and is suitable for direct combining.
