The variety was bred using methods of induced mutagenesis. During development, seed material was subjected to combined treatment with gamma rays in doses from 2.5 to 100 Gy and ethyl methanesulfonate in concentrations from 0.05 to 0.1%.
The plant possesses resistance to pea Ascochyta blight (Ascochyta pisi). The variety is classified as a vegetable pea for food purposes; however, detailed information regarding its morphological characteristics, productivity, and taste qualities is unavailable.
