Vegetable sugar pea Noorman (Normand) belongs to the group of sugar peas (Pisum sativum L. convar. axiphium). It is a fast-growing climbing variety requiring support, the fruits of which are characterized by crunchy sweet pods and are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary use.
Field pea Нордман is a mid-season variety with a growing period of 76 to 90 days. The plant, 70–80 cm tall, has a semi-leafless tendriled leaf type, white flowers, and possesses high resistance to lodging, shattering, pod cracking, and drought.
Grain pea variety Нордман has smooth light-pink-yellow grain. The variety is intended for industrial use, production of groats, and is suitable for direct combining.
