Plant of the common type with a stem height of 130–160 cm and pink-violet flowers. Seeds are large, brown-marbled with a black hilum; thousand kernel weight is 360–380 g, test weight is 780 g/l.
The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group. Yield in pure stand is 3.1–5.1 t/ha with a protein content of 21.5–23.9%. In pure form, the variety is prone to lodging, therefore cultivation in a mixture with cereal crops in a 1:2 ratio is recommended.
When drying grain, it is recommended to maintain a temperature regime not exceeding 30°C. In humid summer conditions, seed germination is possible, and in dry periods, a decrease in seed size and an increase in the proportion of split peas are noted.
