The plant is vigorous and tall, reaching 170–200 cm in height and requiring support. The flowers have a dusty pink or pink-violet shade. The variety is considered relatively late-maturing; the period from sowing to harvest is approximately 73–75 days.
The seeds are quite large, bumpy, colored in green-brown and red-brown tones, and darken during storage. The pods are pale yellow when dry. The variety has a mild, sweetish flavor with nutty notes and an earthy aroma; the texture is dense when cooked.
