The variety belongs to the semi-leafless type (afila type), which provides high resistance to lodging. 10 to 11 peas are formed in one pod. The ripening period is 65–70 days. Heavy, highly fertile soils are preferred for cultivation.
The variety possesses high resistance to pea enation mosaic virus (PEMV) and Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. pisi, race 1). It is a canning pea intended for the processing industry.
