The variety belongs to the Mid-Atlantic group, which is characterized by the formation of a dense stand and the presence of a developed rhizome system. During trials, it demonstrated growth rates typical for the species.

In the course of agronomic research, the variety showed a certain degree of susceptibility to diseases such as necrotic ring spot and leaf spot.

This bluegrass was intended for use in seed mixtures for landscape gardening and the creation of sports fields.
