The variety is characterized by a low vertical growth rate and early panicle emergence in the second year of life. The plant forms an intermediate type of bush with narrow leaves, creating a dense, uniform, and resilient sward, which effectively suppresses weeds and is less prone to thatch accumulation.
The variety possesses high resistance to rust, powdery mildew, leaf spot, and snow mold. It is distinguished by winter hardiness, the ability to resume vegetation early in the spring, and high resistance to trampling with moderate drought tolerance.
Intended for parks, sports facilities, and residential areas, it adapts well to mowing heights from 2 to 5 cm. When sowing, it is recommended to bury seeds at a depth of 0.8–1 cm; seedlings appear in 14–21 days.
