The plant has a fine to medium leaf texture and forms a dense, compact turf. The variety is characterized by high resistance to rust and summer patch, as well as excellent tolerance to trampling.
Due to its qualities, the variety is used for creating home lawns, landscaping parks, equipping sports grounds and golf courses, and is also used in the production of sod. It can be effectively combined in grass mixtures with other varieties of meadow grass and perennial grasses.
