The variety is characterized by aggressive growth and the ability to tiller densely, which allows for effective suppression of annual bluegrass. The plant possesses high tensile strength and resistance to trampling, making it suitable for sports fields, golf courses, and the production of sod.
The variety possesses complex resistance to a wide spectrum of diseases, including necrotic ring spot, dollar spot, rust, anthracnose, Fusarium snow mold, and summer patch. It begins growth early in the spring, maintaining turf density.
The plant is adapted to a mowing height range of 1.2 to 5 cm. The variety develops effectively both in sunny areas and under shaded conditions, and is also suitable for use in seed mixtures with perennial ryegrass and tall fescue.
