The variety is distinguished by very high sward density and unusually fine leaves of medium green color. It possesses the ability to form rhizomes, which ensure the regeneration of the turf.

The plant is resistant to leaf spot and red thread. The variety demonstrates high indices of wear tolerance and salt tolerance, and is used in grass mixtures for professional and private landscaping.
