The plant has a medium leaf width with a color ranging from green to dark green and very weak anthocyanin coloration of the sheath. The growth habit in autumn of the sowing year varies from semi-erect to intermediate. Stem height with inflorescence is medium; inflorescence emergence in the second year occurs at medium or late dates.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to trampling and intensive loads, which ensures turf density. It shows resistance to rust, leaf spot, and rots, and also recovers quickly after mowing and mechanical damage.

The main purpose of the variety is lawn use, including the construction of sports facilities, park landscaping, and the production of turf rolls. The literature also mentions the possibility of use as a forage crop.
