The variety is a perennial low-growing rhizomatous grass that forms a dense sod. The plant possesses erect shoots and narrow leaf blades, demonstrates good seed germination energy, and is adapted to northern climatic conditions.

In terms of agricultural use, the variety belongs to the forage type and requires less intensive care than modern specialized turf varieties. At the same time, it is prone to yellowing during the winter period, may enter a dormant state during drought, and is characterized by low resistance to leaf spot.
