The variety is classified as a 'Greater Environmental Sustainability' (MSA) type clone. It demonstrates high production potential with accelerated growth after the 4th-5th year of cultivation. In experimental trials, the average annual volume growth of the first 5 meters of the trunk ranged from 12.8 to 16.8 m³/ha.

The variety possesses resistance to woolly aphids, as well as to major poplar diseases, including leaf spot (Marssonina), rust (Melampsora), and shoot blight (Venturia).
