Variety description

The variety is the result of crossing P. deltoides and P. nigra. The crop is characterized by a rapid growth rate, especially in the juvenile phase, and forms straight cylindrical trunks with gray rough bark. The wood density is approximately 0.35 g/cm³.

The plant demonstrates high productivity and good rooting ability of cuttings, and is suitable for planting on various soil types, including clay soils. The variety possesses resistance to fungal diseases such as Melampsora spp. and Marssonina brunnea, to infestation by poplar aphids, and increased drought tolerance.
