The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a semi-upright crown. The variety flowers at a late time. The variety is self-incompatible, therefore it requires the presence of pollinators in the orchard to obtain a yield.

The fruits have an intense orange color with a pronounced red blush; in size, they belong predominantly to the 3A category. Flavor qualities are characterized as sweet and juicy. The variety is distinguished by good keeping quality and resistance to damage during transport; the ripening period is comparable to the Hargrand variety.

The variety possesses genetic resistance to Plum pox virus (PPV). The origin of the variety is linked to the crossing of Orangered and Bergeron forms.
