The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 3.5–5.5 meters with a crown width of 2–4 meters. The crown has an upright or broadly pyramidal shape with slightly drooping branches. The variety belongs to the late maturity group; fruits ripen in July–August.

Fruits are medium-sized, heart-shaped, light yellow in color, sometimes with a golden-brownish hue. The flesh is firm and cartilaginous, moderately juicy, with a very sweet taste. The variety is self-sterile; suitable pollinators include Schneiders Späte Knorpelkirsche, Hedelfinger, and Gelbe Prinzessin.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness. The yellow coloration of the fruits reduces the risk of damage by the cherry fruit fly and pecking by birds. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and preservation, however, they have low transportability due to the skin's tendency to crack.
