Trees are characterized by high vigor, a wide and dense semi-erect canopy. In historical plantings on seedling rootstocks, the plants reached a height of more than 5 meters. The variety is a subject of genetic resource conservation due to the risk of extinction.

Fruits are medium to medium-large in size, have a white-cream skin with a red blush and light-yellow juicy flesh with red veins. The variety is characterized by early ripening, which allows avoiding cherry fruit fly damage, but shows sensitivity to Stigmina carpophila.

The yield of the variety is considered good. The fruits are used for fresh consumption and historically for making jams. Due to belonging to the group of autochthonous populations, the variety's characteristics may vary depending on the specific form.
