Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, with a branching habit similar to the Bing variety. On standard rootstocks, productivity is described as low to moderate; the use of dwarfing rootstocks is recommended to increase yield. Flowering is medium-early; the variety is self-incompatible and incompatible with Burlat and Chelan. The variety is susceptible to powdery mildew; resistance to rain cracking and double fruit formation is similar to the Bing variety.

Fruit are very large, weighing 10–14 g with a diameter of 28–32 mm, and have glossy dark red skin. The flesh is medium-red, firm, with a sweet, mild flavor. The fruit have thick stems that ensure long-lasting freshness after harvest, making the variety suitable for export shipments to the fresh market.
