Variety description

The rootstock is characterized by high vigor, comparable to Marianna 2624. The plant possesses the ability to survive in 'soil fatigue' conditions, which makes it suitable for use in areas where stone fruits were previously grown.
The plant is well-adapted to heavy, poor soils with high lime content, which prevents the development of iron chlorosis. It is resistant to waterlogging, root-knot nematodes of the species Meloidogyne spp., and the fungal disease Rosellinia necatrix. Crops grafted onto it show good fruit size and maturity acceleration of 2–5 days.
