The variety was obtained by crossing the Veletenska and Voloshka varieties. The tree is medium- or vigorous-growing with a broad-pyramidal crown of medium density. It enters the bearing stage in the 4–5th year after planting; fruits ripen around September 15.
The fruits are oval-shaped, the skin is brownish-purple, the pulp is greenish-yellow, juicy and firm, and the stone is free. Fruiting is concentrated on bouquet spurs, spurs, and short fruit twigs. The fruits do not drop after ripening.
The variety is of universal use; the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for industrial processing: making jam, preserves, pastila, and dried fruits. It possesses sufficient winter hardiness and increased resistance to fungal diseases.
