The tree has a compact spherical crown of medium density, reaching a height of 3–5 meters. The variety enters bearing in the 2–3rd year after planting, is self-fertile, and exhibits winter hardiness and drought tolerance.
The fruits are oval-elongated in shape, weigh 40–60 g, and are covered with dark purple skin with an intense waxy bloom. The flesh is amber-green, firm and juicy; the stone separates from the flesh well.
A key feature of the variety is absolute genetic resistance to Plum Pox Virus (Sharka) due to a hypersensitivity mechanism, as well as high resistance to a number of fungal diseases.
