The tree has an upright crown shape and flowers profusely with white blossoms starting in February. The variety is characterized by a late flowering period.
The fruits ripen in September. They are described as sweet and fleshy, enclosed in a tender shell. The variety has been used in breeding as a parent form for the creation of other varieties, in particular the Ferragnès variety.
