Red Haven
ActivePrunus persica (L.) Batsch · Peach
Stat Exp South Haven (US)
10 August 2026
The tree of this variety is vigorous, capable of reaching a height of 5–6 meters, and is distinguished by high productivity and self-fertility. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, home canning, and preparing desserts.
The fruits are of medium to large size and have a rounded shape. The skin is colored dark burgundy or reddish-pink on a creamy-greenish background. The flesh is light, white-greenish, with a sweet, mild taste. The stone separates easily from the flesh; however, at a high degree of fruit maturity, this process may be difficult due to the soft texture.
