The variety was obtained by crossing Arp Beauty and Mayflower. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a wide, spherical crown. Flower buds possess good resistance to winter and spring frosts. The variety is self-fertile.
Fruits are medium-sized, weighing about 100 g, and spherical in shape. The skin is greenish-yellow with bright red stripes. The flesh is light golden-yellow, fibrous, and juicy. It belongs to the clingstone type, as the flesh does not separate from the pit. Fruits ripen in July, approximately 15 days before the Redhaven variety, and are prone to rapid softening and dropping. Intended primarily for fresh consumption.
