The tree has medium vigor and an upright or semi-upright crown shape, requiring about 650 chill hours. Flowers are small and inconspicuous. The variety is compatible with 'Nemaguard' rootstock.

The variety is intended for transportation and export shipments. Fruits ripen in early August in the San Joaquin Valley, characterized by high flesh firmness and pronounced flavor.
