Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is used as genetic material for breeding new varieties and as a pollinator for other members of the genus Prunus. In agronomic studies conducted in Spain, the existence of commercial orchards of this variety is mentioned.

The variety appears in phytopathological research dedicated to the control of fungal diseases of nectarine. Specifically, observations were conducted on brown rot (Monilinia fructicola) infection on mummified fruits and susceptibility to powdery mildew (Podosphaera pannosa).
