The variety belongs to white-fleshed peaches and is considered a traditional ecotype adapted to the conditions of the Bivona region. The fruits are characterized by a compact flesh structure and a pleasant taste, and the stone easily separates from the fruit.
Under refrigerated storage conditions at a temperature of 2°C, the shelf life of the harvest is 12–14 days. The variety is a product of folk selection and is intended primarily for fresh consumption on regional markets.
