The variety belongs to the very early category; harvest begins around May 1. The fruits have a flat shape and velvety skin of a greenish-red color. The fruit size is predominantly A–B, intended for fresh consumption.
The plant is well adapted to arid climates and cold deficiency, which allows for cultivation in warm regions. For cultivation, the variety is usually grafted onto rootstocks such as Garne or GF 677.
