The variety was obtained through clonal selection from the local «Amarillo Tardío» peach population grown in the Bajo Aragón region of Spain. The fruits are characterized by yellow flesh color, high sweetness (minimum 12° Brix), firm crispy texture, and large size with a diameter from 73 mm.
During fruit cultivation, the traditional technique of individual paper bagging directly on the tree is used. This method protects the crop from pests and adverse weather conditions, allowing for a smooth fruit surface and minimizing the use of chemical protection products.
