The variety was obtained by crossing Flatelse and Nectarruby. The fruits have a flat shape and an average weight of about 162 g. The skin is colored an intense purple-red. The flesh is creamy white, turning pink upon ripening, with red pigmentation around the pit; it is characterized as melting and semi-freestone.

The taste qualities of the fruits are defined as semi-sweet, with low acidity and a sugar content of more than 13° Brix. The variety possesses the ability for long-term storage without loss of commercial quality, is suitable for transportation, and is self-fertile.
