Trees of the MAGNA 3701 variety differ from other representatives of the series by the vertically directed growth of branches and sparse density of flower buds. The harvest period in the climatic conditions of Spain occurs from July to September following flowering in March.
Fruits of medium or large size have a round shape and juicy yellow flesh with a freestone pit. A feature of the fruits is the bicolored skin coloration and high flesh firmness, which makes the variety suitable for long-term storage.
