The Platifirst variety tree possesses vigorous growth, an upright canopy, and very abundant flowering at mid-season. The variety is distinguished by early onset of the fruiting period, stably high yield, and adaptation to zones with various chilling requirements.
Fruits have a flat donut shape and large caliber. The fruit skin is colored an intense red with a pinkish-white background. The white flesh possesses a firm consistency, low susceptibility to cracking, a sweet taste with a slight acidity, and is suitable for transport.
