The fruits have a characteristic flat shape and an average weight of about 180 grams, corresponding to size A/2A. The fruit skin has an attractive color: 90% dark red on a white-pink background. The white flesh of the fruits has a firm consistency and a sweet taste with aroma and slight acidity.
