The variety Platifortwo (synonym Pink Ring) belongs to the group of mid-season flat peaches, with the harvest collected in the first ten days of August. The tree has a spreading, sparse crown and reaches a height of 3–3.5 m. The variety is characterized by good winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -23...-25°C, and high resistance to major fungal diseases.
The fruits are flat, disc-shaped, and weigh 100–160 g. Their skin is cream-white or cream-yellow with a red blush covering up to 80% of the surface and has slight pubescence. The dense, juicy, sweet, white flesh has a pronounced aroma, and the small stone separates easily. The variety is self-fertile, although cross-pollination is recommended to increase yield stability.
