The variety originates from the Quetta region, Balochistan province. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, a compact crown, and early flowering dates. In breeding programs, the variety is often utilized as a parental form for developing nectarines and peach hybrids adapted to specific climatic conditions.

The fruits are characterized by a large size, reaching 5.7–6.4 cm in diameter. The skin color is yellowish-green with carmine streaks and specks; the surface is smooth and firm. The flesh is yellowish-white with red veins, has medium firmness and aroma, and is suitable for fresh consumption.
