Fruits of the SURECROP variety are large, golden-colored with a red blush, and have yellow melting juicy flesh. The pit is semi-freestone. Harvesting usually occurs in June.
At maturity, the tree reaches a height of 4.5 to 6 meters and has a rounded crown shape. The variety is relatively cold-hardy, requiring about 1000 hours of winter chilling at low temperatures for full fruiting.
The tree is characterized as fast-growing. Some resistance to bacterial spot caused by Xanthomonas campestris pv. pruni is noted.
