The tree is short, reaching 2.8–3 m, with a flat-rounded crown of medium density and horizontally growing branches. The variety is partially self-fertile; for increased yield, planting alongside other cherry plum varieties is recommended.
The fruits are large, weighing 30–40 g, with an oblong asymmetric shape. The skin acquires a maroon or cherry color with a purple hue upon ripening. The flesh is golden, juicy, fibrous, and possesses a sweet-and-sour taste with an apricot undertone.
The variety possesses good resistance to major fungal diseases. The fruits hold firmly to the peduncles and are not prone to mass dropping. The use of the fruits is universal, and they withstand transportation well.
