The tree reaches a height of 4.5–6 meters and has a broadly upright growth habit. The medium-sized fruits are covered with gray-green skin; the flesh is firm, aromatic, and sweet. The variety matures in October, and the fruits retain their consumer qualities until December.

The plant possesses high resistance to adverse climatic conditions, is frost-hardy, and shows reduced sensitivity to infestation by pear leaf blister mite and rust. The variety is intended for fresh consumption; other varieties of Nashi and European pear are suitable as pollinators.
