The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching a height of 3–4 meters in cultivation. The crown is sparse and not overly densely branched. The variety belongs to the late category: the harvest period falls in October – November.
The fruits are large, cone-shaped with smooth greenish skin. The flesh is juicy, sweet, with a characteristic graininess. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, processing, or as an ingredient in dishes.
The variety is undemanding, resistant to diseases, and frost-hardy, withstanding temperatures down to –20 °C. The plant prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations and well-drained humus soils.
For pollination, other varieties of Nashi or European pear are recommended. The variety is used in modern forest gardening systems.
